After a day of exploration, it offers the perfect reward—vibrant, refreshing, and effortlessly enjoyable. The palate bursts with fresh tropical characters of passionfruit and crisp nashi pear, while the aromatics draw you in with an inviting medley of gooseberry, nectarine, and mandarin. Energetic and fruit-forward, the wine delivers both immediacy and charm. Fruit was machine-harvested and promptly transported to the winery, where it was gently processed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve brightness and varietal purity.

The wine was then carefully blended and prepared for bottling, resulting in a clean, expressive Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
