Pale blush pink with aromas of ripe blackcurrants and crushed herbs. This dry and fresh style Rosé is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grapes sourced from selected vineyards across the Marlborough region.
The wine is fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks to retain the fresh fruit flavours and clean balance evident in the palate which is focused into a long and lingering finish.
Food Pairing: A perfect match with fresh fish and a green salad or as an aperitif at any time, this Rose is perfect for drinking immediately and will continue to be at its best over the next 2-3 years.
