It is ruby red in colour, with a pleasant nose of red and purple fruits, with a good structure. It has a smooth, fruity taste, with sweet notes of strawberry and black cherry, and has a good organoleptic balance.

Food Pairing: Red meats; pork roast, aged cheeses, prosciutto, meat tartare and carpaccio.

2 x Barbanera Duca Di Saragnano Toscana Bianco Sangiovese 2020 (Italy)

AWARDED GOLD MEDAL: Mundus Vini 2021

Brightly and clearly straw yellow colour. A fresh sour cherry, orange blossom and broom enhance the aromatic complexity of this Sangiovese vinified in white, while hints of quince linger in the background. Rich on the palate and on its minerality, pleasantly fresh, harmonic and slightly savory, it leads to a distinctly floral mouthfeel.

Food Pairing: It's particularly suitable for white meats in citrus sauce, soft and smoked cow and sheep cheeses and light white sauces-based pasta dishes.

2 x Bartali Chianti 2019 (Italy)

Displaying a bright, brilliant ruby red in the glass, this wine has a fine and fragrant bouquet with notes of fresh fruit and vibrant scents of red berry fruits. The palate is harmonious, juicy, round and very elegant.

Food Pairing: Roasts, braised meats, white and red meats.
