Description

Hints of lifted citrus notes followed by subtle herbaceous aromas on the nose. The palate is tightly structured, full flavoured with a pleasing bead and vibrant citrus flavours complemented by a well-balanced, long lasting finish.

The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified. Fermentation followed for 2 weeks at cool temperature after inoculating with selected yeast strains. This allowed the wine to retain intense aromas and maximum fruit characters. Post fermentation the wine was blended and bottled to maintain ultimate freshness.

The varietal series is designed to add a touch of style to any occasion. Approachable fruit-driven flavours with a structured palate and balanced acidity crafted for everyday drinking.
