Aromas of dark cherries with ripe raspberries with hints of mintiness and spice. A full bodied, fruit driven wine with luscious upfront fruit on the palate. Hints of spice, along with soft, well integrated tannins fill the palate, providing a great length.

The fruit for this Cabernet Merlot was sourced from vineyards throughout South Australia. Optimum harvest conditions produced this flavoursome, quality focused, balanced wine. 

The fruit was fermented on French oak at cooler temperatures to allow the fruit flavours to be nurtured, producing a vibrant, lively wine with violet hues.
