This Shiraz has aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, black pepper and spice. A luscious fruit driven wine, with notes of black pepper and well-integrated spicy oak. This is a balanced wine with a full mid palate and good length.
The Tempus Two Silver Series imparts a level of style and sophistication to any dining occasion. The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards in South Eastern Australia.
The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed before being fermented on oak at cooler temperatures for 5-7 days. This has allowed the fruit flavours to be nurtured, while enabling the retention of varietal characteristics. The majority of this wine was then matured in stainless steel tanks with a portion transferred onto French and American Oak. This modern, mid-weight Shiraz is designed for immediate drinking.
