A new range of wines from Mount Edward. Fruit from their vineyards that are converting over to organics or sustainably grown, deliver a vibrantly delicious style of Pinot Blanc. Dry, light and delicate.
Mount Edward's winemaking is traditional in the sense that they use natural yeasts and minimal intervention. They believe that the less they do to a wine the better the result so their aim is no fining, filtration, aids, additives or intervention. Of course there is a human element to winemaking, and a definite understanding of science is needed, which they get! Their winemakers just think that the less you interfere the better the result.
