Aromas of passionfruit, lime, lemon and blackcurrant. Flavours of ripe lemon and tropical fruits on the palate. Bright, refreshing textural acidity providing length and persistence with an elegant finish.
Machine picked and destemmed in the vineyard, gently pressed in the winery, 10% barrel fermented in old French oak barriques, 90% Stainless steel tank, 100% lees aged 4 months.
This Organic Sauvignon Blanc has claimed a Gold Medal six years running at the Aotearoa Organic Wine Awards (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, & 2024), Champion Sauvignon Blanc twice (2019 & 2024), and the Reidel Wine of Show (2022), and was selected by Rolling Stone Magazine as Best White Wine in their wine and spirits awards.
