Youthful and vibrant, opening with bright aromas of pink lady apple, ripe pear and white peach, lifted by a fine seam of vanilla and gentle wood spice. The palate is fleshy and textural, framed by fine oak-derived tannins and a light flinty minerality that carries through to a medium-plus finish.

Named after the biggest mountain in the surrounding ranges, Tapuae-o-Venuku or Tapi for short, is an easy drinking lighter style chardonnay that will please everyone. TAPI wines are true small batch, organic and sustainable. All hands-on processes, all heart.
