Intense, deep red colour with violet hues. Profile of ripe fruit, such as plums, black cherries and small floral notes. Good balance of oak, highlighting vanilla and chocolate. The palate is intense, with a long finish with lingering notes of fruit. Sweet tannins.Good balance of tannic structure and acidity.

Food Pairing: Ideal with pasta, creamy sauces, barbecued ribs and grilled vegetables.

This delicious red blend attacks you with medium rich fruit flavours along the red, mineral spectrum. Expect a fresh soft, red fruit attack with bits of savoury, meat, leather, raspberry/cherry and spice on the nose. There are a lot of softening tannins, they are beautifully light while the finish is dry with a peppery red fruit lingering.

Notes of ripe red cherries, roasted hazelnuts, almonds and cinnamon. Medium to full body, with notes of plums, caramel and toffee. Intense and deep red garnet in colour. Flowery notes of violets and jasmine, ripe red fruits, like plums, cherries and chocolate morello cherry.

Food Pairing: Be sure to try this fruit driven, concentrated wine with grilled red meats, lamb, ostrich, wild boar, duck, pork and strong cheeses.
