Beautifully blush pink, the 2020 Pinot Noir Rosé displays intense fresh strawberries and cream with hints of floral notes on the nose. The palate is rich and juicy with luscious fresh berry fruit flavours and a vibrant, lingering finish.

Named for their youngest child, who enjoys 'supervising' the hand-picking of the Pinot Noir grapes that make up this wine. Produced from 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir from the Able clone which is valued for its delicate refined flavours of strawberries and cream. Ferment was cool, long and slow with 7 days onlees adding a creamy complexity to the juicy fruit freshness.

Food Pairing: Well-balanced and ready to be enjoyed on a sunny day as an aperitif, or with charcuterie, cheeses, or a fresh salad.
