Floral, Raspberry, Spice
Deep, dark ruby with a slight purple hue. Mixed berry compote, sweet spice reminiscent of cinnamon and clove. Full and textural, with soft mouthcoating tannins. Lovely ripe berry-fruit flavours persist into the finish. This wine can be enjoyed on release but will also develop in the bottle up to 7 years from vintage date.
The 2022 Shiraz is a blend of Chilean and Hawke’s Bay wine, carefully blended to create a wine that is vibrant on the nose and rich, full and smooth on the palate.
Stables offers a sense of history with its name taken from the original Stables where it all started in the heart of the Hawke’s Bay. Gentle in style, the Stables range evokes life’s simple pleasures – warmth, hospitality and conversation.
