Aromas of baked peach and ripe citrus fruits to cashew nut, vanilla and toasty wood, baked custard and hot dry stones lead to flavours of the same. Fine mild wood tannins, medium and acidity and near full-bodied weight and richness present a classic Hawkes Bay expression with lots of palate appeal, flavour an finish.
