Dry, Floral, Lime
Floral notes and candied lemon. The elegant and juicy palate has layers of lemon pith and minerality that lingers on the finish. Riesling ages beautifully in bottle. After several years this wine will start to move away from the fruit driven aromatics and begin to develop more subtle, complex aromas.
The weather took a turn in February with above average rainfall and cooler temperatures for the month. Perfect ripening conditions then ensued through the remainder of the month and into March.
