AWARDED 5 STARS & 93/100 POINTS: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

This version is from the Aude region, from the country’s south and almost on the Spanish border. It’s a dependable and well-priced label for French Rosé fans.
Subtle and delicate in style, and oh so French, it is a pretty pale salmon pink in colour. The aromas are multilayered with charcuterie, spice and dried herbs over fresh cranberry. The palate is all about finesse – its silky texture and light weight blended with earthy, red berry fruits. Crisp and dry, this screams out for drinking chilled by the pool, or as an aperitif.
"It's delicately lifted on the nose, showing red berry, Gala apple, apricot and subtle spice nuances, followed by a finely flowing palate that's juicy and bright. Elegantly expressed with a persistent, refreshing finish. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
