"Great colour and intensity with aromas and flavours of roasted blackberries, spiced plums and black currants; clove and vanilla pod spices are trapped in a smoky wood layer, and a clay stone quality delivers a mineral and earth quality. Firm and dry as the wine touches the palate, tannins have a polished ripe quality and acidity delivers backbone. Well made with a lengthy finish.
