"A stunning rendition, the wine shows blackcurrant, blueberry, violet, cedar and subtle tobacco aromas on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate displaying terrific weight and depth. Sturdy and bold, while remaining elegant and refined, it's gorgeously structured by layers of chalky tannins, leading to a sustained, engaging finish. Full-bodied, firm and dry with flavours of blackberry and Doris plums, chocolate and anise led spice package. Firm polished tannins and plenty of acidity set in place a firm structure.
