This Sauvignon Blanc brings an extra burst of bold flavour designed to ignite the senses. Vibrant and refreshing, it opens with lifted aromas of ripe passionfruit, leading into a generous palate layered with blackcurrant, lychee, and ripe mango, all carried through to a zesty citrus finish. 

Bill may be the vineyard handyman, but he’s also known for his mischievous streak. Always up to something, Bill has a habit of turning the ordinary into something a little more exciting. In his honour, this wine embraces that same spirit—bold, lively, and just a little bit cheeky, with an extra punch of flavour that’s sure to set your taste buds alight.

Grown under the sunny skies of Marlborough, the fruit for this expressive wine was closely tended throughout the season by Sneaky Bill and the viticulture team. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes were immediately pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve their bright, fresh fruit character. The blend was carefully assembled and bottled early to capture maximum vibrancy and deliver a pure expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
