Grown under the sunny skies of Marlborough, the fruit for this expressive wine was closely tended throughout the season by Sneaky Bill and the viticulture team. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes were immediately pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve their bright, fresh fruit character. The blend was carefully assembled and bottled early to capture maximum vibrancy and deliver a pure expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
