Pear and lychee notes mingle over a rich layer of grapefruit and lemon, with spice and mineral flavours adding richness through the back of the palate, balanced with delicate acidity.
Our Snapper Rock Marlborough Pinot Gris is grown on the Cleomont Vineyard in Rarangi, Marlborough and produced by winemaker Digger Hennessey.
The grapes for this wine were harvested in outstanding condition. The grapes are machine harvested, crushed and pressed to stainless steel tanks for ferment. The wine has been filtered and minimally fined to ensure its purity and freshness.
Food Pairing: This wine is best matched with spicy Thai and seafood, but has the palate weight and richness to compliment creamy sauces and strong cheeses.
