Refreshing light lemon and lime fruit characters abound in the glass. This very drinkable Riesling is just packed with spicy, rich and intoxicating flavours, a real treat to linger over a glass with friends, the balance of acidity leaving you wanting more. The medium dry finish style will compliment most style of foods from spicy to rich sauces, meat, fish or vegetarian.

A slow cool fermentation held at 13 degrees is the secret to the delicate balance in this wine, as well as separate fermentations from various portions of the grape juice that are separated during the pressing stage. At harvest these portions will differ slightly in acid sugar and phenolics. These portions are tasted re tasted and blended by the winemakers to find the right balanced blend prior to bottling.
