Balance and flavour is what makes this Pinot Noir Rosé stand out. A beautifully elegant Rosé made from Waipara Valley Pinot Noir. A refreshingly dry and crisp wine bursting with ripe strawberry characters, to be enjoyed all year round. 

A delicate Rose made by using the Saignee technique with Pinot Noir. This involves “bleeding off” (saignee) a small portion of Pinot Noir juice from the main fermentation tank after only one day. Because red wines undergo fermentation in contact with the grape skin which gives the red colour, this separated juice retains just a very light pale red colour hence, Rosé.

These wines are expressive with stunning fruit concentration and a character that reflects the soils and purity of the environment in which the grapes are grown. Stoney Range wines are classic with a modern twist and immediately enjoyable.

Food Pairing: Grilled garlic prawns or a lightly dressed grilled chicken salad. A perfect match for drinking with friends or a great addition to a grilled seafood dish, but a real favourite with vegetarian food.
