Balance and flavour is what makes this Pinot Noir Rosé stand out. A beautifully elegant Rosé made from Waipara Valley Pinot Noir. A refreshingly dry and crisp wine bursting with ripe strawberry characters, to be enjoyed all year round.

Fruit was selected from 3 of their vineyards, all with their own unique soil structure, resulting in vines that produced exceptional fruit with excellent fruit-forward flavours.

A delicate Rose made by using the Saignee technique with 100% Pinot Noir. This involves “bleeding off” (saignee) a small portion of Pinot Noir juice from the main fermentation tank after only one day. Because red wines undergo fermentation in contact with the grape skin which gives the red colour, this separated juice retains just a very light pale red colour hence, Rosé.

Food Pairing: A perfect match for drinking with friends or a great addition to a grilled seafood dish, but a real favourite with vegetarian food. Grilled garlic prawns or a lightly dressed grilled chicken salad go fabulously with this wine.
