2020 has been the best season for Pinot Gris that we can remember with perfect late summer and autumn ripening conditions. The wine is full bodied, rich and dry, great with most meats especially pork, or dishes with a rich creamy rich sauce.

Flavour, flavour, flavour that is the story of the 2020 harvest. A variety of small batch techniques have been used to make this wine such as cool fermentations, skin contact and barrel fermentation, these are just a few special techniques used. These various batches are later carefully blended into what we believe is a true reflection of Pinot Gris from the Waipara Valley, from a season that will stand out as one of the best.

Food Pairing: Spicy Korean BBQ style pork or creamy mushrooms.
