Displaying fresh and vibrant aromas of lychee, melon and passionfruit, this new release Sauvignon Blanc exhibits unforgettable flavours of pineapple and fresh lime on the finish.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from the Marlborough region. Specially selected parcels of fruit were harvested and transported immediately to the winery where the grapes were swiftly fermented in cool stainless-steel tanks. The resulting wine was tasted, blended, and prepared for final bottling by the end of June 2023.
