Brilliant garnet with purple hue in the glass. Aromas of distinct mocha and mulberry complemeted with vanilla and cedar oak. The generosity of bright red fruits; including blackberry, blueberry, mint, Swiss chocolate and violets intertwined with spicy fine grained tannins. This French and American oak integrates harmoniously with dark berry fruits, providing full flavoured wine with layers of texture.

Grapes sourved from family owned estate vineyards situated on Binney and Malpas Road, McLaren Vale.

A simple philosophy of winemaking with minimal intervention, which includes use of oak to produce a fresh crunchy style.

Food Pairing: Favourite cut of steak with smashed dusk kiphler potatoes with garden salad.
