The aspect reminds of a stroke of a brush with a soft colour of peach blossoms the bubbles rise numerously in an extremely delicate and persistent way, the head is creamy. The first impression in the nose is an interplay of fruity flavours and perfumes. There is an immediate scent of black current, woodland strawberries, pomergranate and wild roses. Later there is perfume of toasted bread. The entry in the mount is fresh and pleasant and then the wine opens up to an enjoyable and increasing fruitiness. The finish is dry with a persistent impression of small wild berries and a flowery notes. 

From 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Nero

Food Pairing: This wine is a sparkling for all day and it can begin and end all kinds of social gatherings. It can be served with delicious cold cuts, seafood-salad and vegetables.
