"Fragrant and fruity, varietal and new. Aromas of apple and pear do indeed come to mind on the first nose of this wine, then scents of poached stone fruits and white nectarine, a leesy residue adds a touch of complexity and depth. A satin-cream texture lands on the palate with the first sip then warming alcohol and medium acidity layer in next. Flavours of pomaceous fruits including pears and apple return as well as a leesy almost bready flavours. Selaks Taste Collection Apple and Pear Pinot Gris displays floral notes of rose water, melon and a hint of spice.  Rich and textural on the palate with burst soft tropical fruits and nashi pearl and the elegant hints of floral. A soft, juicy Pinot Gris, with a mildly off dry finish.
