Rich, textured, and aromatic, often described as having notes of apple, ginger, pear, and citrus.

Scale_-_Dry

Red Shed Vineyard. Soil: Alluvial sandy loam, well-drained soil with river gravels. Viticulture: No pesticides, herbicides, systemic fungicides or inorganic fertilisers used. Harvest: Hand picked. 27 March 2023. Vinification: All destemmed. Natural yeast fermentation. Kept in skins for 28 days. 5 mg/L sulphites added before bottling. Maturation: 11 months in French oak barrels. No new oak. Bottled: 10 April 2024 without fining or filtration. 2654 bottles produced.
