A finely detailed Riesling with a lingering mineral edge
Description
Apricot, Dry, Oak
A finely detailed Riesling with aromas of dried apple, apricot and citrus, underpinned by subtle mineral and flinty notes. The palate is textural and composed, showing layered fruit with a gentle creaminess balanced by fresh acidity. Dry and precise through the finish, with a lingering mineral edge.

Hand picked and whole bunch pressed overnight, the fruit undergoes natural fermentation primarily in stainless steel with a portion in older oak barrels. The wine is matured for around 9 months in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned oak, building texture while preserving purity and site expression. Bottled dry with approximately 1.9g/L residual sugar.
