Citrus, lemon pith, ginger spice over a layer of tropical fruits. Juicy and crisp, this wine is layered with stone fruit giving generous length of flavour.

Sourced from vineyards in Waihopai Valley, Awatere Valley, and mid and lower Wairau Valley in the home of New Zealand Sauvignon; Marlborough.

Harvested predominantly in the cool of early morning, gentle juice extraction, and pressing under inert gas. Cool settled and mainly fermented in stainless steel tanks.
