Purple coloured in the glass. The nose offers up pain grillé, minerals, plums and black cherries notes with a touch of black pepper. The palate is soft and round, with ripe, saturated berry flavors. It displays a spicy full finish with chewy tannins.

Hand harvested, with fermentation and maceration for over 25 days. Pneumatic pressing, natural malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in French and American oak barrels before filtering and bottling.
