Deep ruby red with crimson reflections. Intense aromas of plum, cherry and spice, with hints of coffee and black pepper. A full bodied wine, yet soft and balanced, full of ripe fruit flavours in an easy drinking style.
Destemming of the grapes and maceration at a controlled temperature of 25°C as long as the alcoholic fermentation lasts. The next step is the soft pressing of the grapes and the consequent start of the malolactic fermentation. A wine that preserves its organoleptic characteristics for 5 years.
Food Pairing: Savory first courses, red meats and hard cheeses.
