"Bright, even, pale yellow gold. The nose is softly full and fragrant, with citrus, Nashi pear, straw and blossom aromas. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lemon and grapefruit lead the palate, followed by Nashi pear, hay and rich blossom. The mouthfeel is textural, lightly oily with a mineral texture. Pale straw in colour. Scents of grapefruit, citrus, spring blossoms, and fresh lawns. Palate shows a refreshing crispiness, and subtle citrus in the background.

Vermentino: medium-textured, largely clayey soils on sandstone rock. Sauvignon Blanc: medium-textured soils with gravel-pebble. 85% Vermentino, 15% Sauvignon Blanc.
