Grown in Vignoble de la Voie d’Heracles, located in the Gard region/ Rhone valley (South of France). The vineyard extends along the ancient Greek road traced in the seventh century. Av. J.-C to connect Narbonne to Béziers. This cooperative winery cultivates in organic farming - half of its vineyard located in three communes, or 400 ha, which makes it one of the largest organic producers.
Food Pairing: Tapas, grilled meat and young cheese.
