Russian Jack Pinot Gris 2022 is a medium, pale straw colour and offers lush aromas of Nashi pear and white blossom with supporting notes of citrus, candied ginger and gentle baking spices. On the palate bright flavours of pear bounce off a long lush mid-palate showing lovely viscosity and texture. A concentrated and poised wine with an elegant and long finish.
Food Pairing: A perfect match for a summer BBQ of seafood with a crudités platter.
