Bright, Floral, Exotic The nose brings ripened wild strawberries, jasmine and honeydew melon, following through to a creamy texture on the palate. This wine has a beautiful spring freshness with a lovely balance between the residual sugar and acidity. Drink now or cellar for 2 - 5 years.
Every year, the complexity in their Rua Pinot Rosé comes from diverse vineyard selection across two sub regions - Banockburn and Pisa. This season, their Pisa vineyards contributed most of the fruit, bringing energy and tension to the acid structure; and Bannockburn brings the spice!
Handpicked, whole bunch pressed and cold settled. Clean rack, fermented cool with Rosé yeast in stainless steel tanks. No barrel ferment in this wine in order to retain the fresh fruit characters.
