We like to keep our Marlborough Pinot Gris fresh, lively and bursting with apple, honeysuckle and fig. Soft and rounded with perfectly balanced acidity. A real favourite.

The nose is fresh and fragrant with aromas of white stone fruits, pears and subtly concentrated notes of rose-petals, spices and some youthful fermentation esters. Dryish to taste, the fruit is fresh, bright aromatic with finely proportioned flavours of pears, stone fruit and rose petals. Very approachable and enjoyable.The palate has soft acidity lending roundness and underliying, grainy phenolic textures providing a thirst-quenching dry grip. The wine carries to a light, moderately sustained finish of stone fruit, honneysuckle and florals. This is a soft, upfront dry Pinot Gris with stone fruit, honey and floral flavours on a rounded, dry-textured palate. Match with Asian fare over the next 2+ years.
