The 2020 vintage yeilded beautiful fruit from their Gibbston Valley Back Road site, which they have simply guided gently through to the bottle with minimal handling. Their "hands off" approach delivered a pure expression of Central Otago to your glass. Global pandemics and national lockdowns notwithstanding, a clean and settled vintage delivering low yeilds and great intensity.
Food Pairing: Complements rich or light seafood meals and most spiced cuisine, very versatile.
