Fresh and enticing aromas of passionfruit, capsicum and apple blossom. The palate is bright and lively with ripe green apple and currant flavours. This 2023 low alcohol Sauvignon Blanc has an elegant and structured palate, with fresh aromas of passionfruit, capsicum, and a hint of green apple.

The 2023 vintage started with warm spring weather resulting in early flowering within our Delta vineyards. The growing season had higher levels of rain that cleared up early April, at this time the wind picked up, drying the fruit and leaving behind disease free grapes with intense tropical flavours.

Harvested at peak flavour maturity from a selection of Delta vineyards. Gentle juice extraction, cold settled and fermented in cool stainless-steel tanks. The fermentation was halted once this sauvignon Blanc had reached its desired alcohol levels. The finished wine was blended and prepared for bottling.

Food Pairing: An ideal match with pan-fried scallops, soft Goat’s cheese, or Marlborough mussels.
