Aromas of ripe stonefruit, citrus and a hint of cream. Fresh and clean offering layers of ripe nectarine and peach with subtle citrus nuances. Full and round with notes of warmer spice on the finish.

The fruit was sourced from a selection of vineyards across the Marlborough region. Heather and the team regularly monitor the grape quality over the growing season, ensuring each parcel is harvested at peak ripeness and flavour intensity for optimal winemaking. The 2025 vintage was superb thanks to Marlborough’s sunniest summer on record in 2024. The warm, dry and sunny conditions supported superb fruit quality and delivered intensely vibrant flavours.

The grapes were machine harvested and transported promptly to the winery to be pressed. The juice was lightly settled, racked, then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks, with selected parcels aged in seasoned French and American oak barrels to enhance character and texture. The wine then underwent malolactic fermentation to add creaminess and body. Once ready, Healther then selected her preferred blend for bottling.
