Aromas of ripe white peach and tropical fruits with a hint of lemon curd and freshly baked biscuit. A round luscious palate showing notes of fresh stone fruit and lemon zest, with layers of biscuit and pastry on the savoury finish.

The fruit was sourced from a selection of vineyards across Marlborough's Wairau and Southern Valleys. A combination of Chardonnay clones were carefully selected, made up of predominantly Clone 6. Each vineyard was carefully monitored and the grapes harvested upon reaching the desired flavour spectrum and maturity.

2020 was a fantastic vintage, with a small crop of intensly flavoured grapes. The grapes were machine harvested and transported promptly to the winery to be lightly pressed. The juice was lightly settled, racked, then cool fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks and seasoned oak. After malolactic fernentation, the wine was aged for nine months prior to Heather selecting her preferred blend for bottling.
