Our Rosé is a fruity and elegant wine. Nicely chilled this wine is perfect as an aperitif or summertime drinking. Delicious crunchy apple, raspberry and redcurrant flavours. This wine has a refreshing, dry minerally finish which makes it an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of lighter flavoured food dishes.

Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes were destemmed, crushed together and held half day in the press to allow for colour extraction before being cool fermented to preserve the vibrant primary fruit characters.
