Subtle sweetness with a fresh Blueberry taste. The Blueberry flavour combines seamlessly with fresh Westport Bearss lime, and butterscotch notes of local Rata honey.

Made with local spray-free fruit macerated in a neutral spirit. Sweet, but not too sweet, these richly coloured liqueurs overflow with pure fruit flavour and concentrated joy.

Local spray-free West Coast Blueberries are set to steep in a neutral spirit before being strained and infused with Rata honey, vanilla, and fresh Lime peel.

Serve over ice, stand to chill for 10–15 seconds then enjoy. Popular over vanilla ice cream, with tonic, soda water or Champagne, and works well in any creamy dessert e.g. Tiramisu or trifle. Also pairs beautifully with sparkling elderflower and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
