Description
Floral, Oak, Raspberry
Floral and red berry characters with plenty of fruit sweetness on the palate. Soft tannins and up front fruit provide great drinkability in a wine designed to consume young.
Part spur pruned and part cane pruned VSP trellis cropped at 2.6 –3.4 kg/vine. Trimmed and fruit zone leaf plucked. Machine harvested at 19.4-22.0 Brix.
Destemmed to tank. Pumped over in stainless steel tanks, then pressed off to complete MLF in tank.
