Fresh, tantalising aromas of stone fruit, a touch of mandarin and hints of dried herb, followed by a fruit forward palate with beautifully balanced acidity. An excellent aperitif wine that will cellar comfortably for 4-6 years from vintage date.
Cane pruned trellis cropped at 3.2 kg/vine and harvested at 23.0 Brix. Gently tank pressed prior to a cool fermentation in stainless steel. Matured sur lie for three months.
A perfect pairing for seafood, this wine is delicious with seafood stews, paella or seared scallops.
