Can pruned VSP trellis cropped at 3.5kg/wine. Trimmed and fruit zone leaf plucked. Harvested at 25.0 Brix.
Gently tank pressed prior to a cool fermentation in stainless steel. Matured 'sur lie' for 4 months.
Food Pairing: An excellent aperitif or seafood wine that will easliy cellar for 5-8 years if you think you have the willpower.
