Equally fruity on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose. Firm tannins with moderate acidity lay down a decent structure and combined with the fruit flavours deliver a satisfying wine experience. Dry on the finish, balanced and ready. Intense red cherry colour with violet hues. insinuating youth. Intense fruit flavours reminiscent of red berries (blackberries, plums), violets and liquorice. Good structure on the palate, well rounded, fruity sensation. Long, tasty and pleasant.
Selected vineyards in several locations of Castille, Central Spain.
Fermented 12 days in stainless steel tanks. Temperature-controlled cold maceration in order to preserve the aromas. Young wine with no barrel aging. It remains two months in the bottle prior to its launching.
Food Pairing: Cold meats, paella, tomato based pasta, medium-cured cheeses.
