Description
Dry, Floral, Pomegranate
"Pristine and elegantly lifted, the bouquet shows pomegranate, watermelon, lemon zest and Gala apple aromas, leading to a finely textured palate that's juicy and exuberant, offering excellent drinking. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2024
"Bright, eve, pale blush pink. The nose is rich, with deep floral melded with maraschino cherry, ripe strawberry and watermelon. Medium-light bodied, aromas of maraschino cherry, strawberry and watermelon entwined with rose and blossom. The palate is clean and crisp, supported by zappy acidity and carries a sustained, dry finish" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Aug 2024
"Excellent colour and brightness leading to aromas and flavours of ripeness, fresh red berry fruits and a youthful flinty mineral quality. Raspberries and strawberries lead the core fruit flavours with a seam of cherry and red apple skin. There’s a light reductive seam and youthful spritz adding mouthfeel and complexity. Fine fruit tannins and plenty of acidity, this wine is ready to enjoy from 2024 through end of summer 2026" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Jul 2024
Vibrantly pink, with inviting aromas of strawberries and crunchy red fruit. Each glass is loaded with fresh summer berries, watermelon and stone fruit, with a delightfully refreshing finish. Our Reserve wines are expertly crafted from selected vineyards with impressive flavour concentration and palate weight.
The 2024 vintage was one of the best we've seen. The summer was consistently hot, dry, and windy – delivering a smaller vintage with exceptionally clean fruit and lots of flavour. Selected parcels of Pinot Noir were harvested and allowed to sit on skins for two hours, before being gently pressed. The deeper colour in the 2024 vintage is a result of the smaller crops on our Pinot Noir vines, and the higher skin to juice ratio. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel to capture all the vibrant fruit flavours and aroma.
