A beautiful pale pink hue that transports you to the South of France. With a delicate nose of strawberries, rose petals, violets and hibiscus. Leading to a textured and creamy palate with a fresh, vibrant and dry finish.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah & Cinsault.
Plentiful sunlight hours provide ideal ripening conditions for the fruit, cooled by the strong winds of the Mistral from the north and sea breezes from the south. The vines here thrive on soil that is a mixture of clay and sand.
To ensure we retain the delicate berry aromas, bright fruit flavours and balanced acidity in the final wine, we pick early and press the grapes immediately. The pink-tinted juice is transferred to chilled tanks to optimise the fresh berry-fruit flavours and keep the fermentation process under control. It is this control from start to finish that results in this elegant Provence-style wine that is a delight to drink.
