Beautifully pale pink with delicate notes of strawberry, rose petals and white flowers. Grenache provides the plush, juicy fruit on the palate while the Syrah adds a twist of spice, a touch of acidity and some pretty blue-toned pink to the colour.

Plentiful sunlight hours provide ideal ripening conditions for the grapes, cooled by the strong winds of the Mistral from the north and sea breezes from the south. The vines here thrive on soil that is a mixture of clay and sand.

To ensure winemakers retain the delicate berry aromas, bright fruit flavours and balanced acidity in the final wine, the team pick early and press the grapes immediately. The pink-tinted juice is transferred to chilled tanks to optimise the fresh berry-fruit flavours and keep the fermentation process under control. It is this control from start to finish that results in this elegant Provence-style wine that is a delight to drink. The final alcohol is 13%.
